KALSU, Iraq ? Army Sgt. Ronnie Shelley, noncommissioned officer-in-charge of the arrival/departure airfield control group here and Conway, S.C., native, communicates with the pilot of an inbound helicopter as he waits to load passengers and cargo on the aircraft May 17. Shelley and his soldiers ensure all personnel and cargo scheduled to depart here get on the aircraft and all recently arrived personnel is properly entered into accountability rosters.
