AL ASAD, Iraq ? Petty Officer 3rd Class James Hall, a steel worker with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 24, drills holes in the concrete for the new joints the Seabees are working to put into the runway here. There are 100 joints that are going to be replaced by the end of the project. With two crews working day and night the Seabees have been completing an average of one joint per day.
