A student body consisting of one junior Nicaraguan lieutenant, a Nicaraguan Navy petty officer and six soon-to-be Nicaraguan Marine Corps corporals listen attentively as Marines give them a class on leadership principles at Naval Base El Bluff, near Bluefields, Nicaragua Sept. 19. Seven Marine non-commissioned officers and one staff NCO participated in a subject-matter expert exchange to give a leadership fundamentals course to eight members of the Nicaraguan Navy and Marine Corps.
