U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Mustafa Muhammad grapples with Cpl. The Martial Arts Instructor Course is a demanding three-week course that is designed to certify Marines to instruct other Marines in the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program. Muhammad, a native of McAllen Texas, is maintenance management specialist, and Donley, a native of Mansfield, Ohio, is a transmissions operator. Both Marines are assigned to MWSS-271, a subordinate unit of 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing, which is the aviation combat element of II Marine Expeditionary Force.
