U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Jackson Kolb (center) is named the Military Service Person of the Quarter by the New Bern Military Alliance at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, June 30, 2021. Kolb, a native of West Palm Beach, Florida, was nominated for the award for more than 20 hours of volunteer service for Habitat for Humanity through the Single Marine Program and for volunteering at local elementary schools for back to school preparation.
