U.S. Marines with Marine Tactical Air Command Squadron (MTACS) 28 fold a unit flag during a deactivation ceremony at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina, Nov. 18, 2022. MTACS-28 deactivated in accordance with Force Design 2030 after 75 years of service.
