Sgt. Elie Celestin baits a hook during a deep sea fishing trip aboard the Carolina Princess Sept. 12, 2014. Celestin was selected for promotion to staff sergeant and was invited to attend the trip with staff noncommissioned officers of Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point’s Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron to build camaraderie within the squadron. Celestin is the SNCO in charge of Cherry Point’s Installation Personnel Administration Center’s orders section and is a native of Homestead, Fla.
