Angels cover one of three Angel Trees at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, N.C, Nov. 17, 2015. Marines, Sailors and DOD personnel may pick an angel for donation as part of the Angel Tree program at the Marine Corps Exchange, Naval Health Clinic or Headquarters Building-1. Families and spouses watched Halloween themed movies like “The Ghost of Lord Farquaad” and “Alvin and the Chipmunks: Halloween collection.” The event was hosted by Marine Wing Headquarters Squadron 2 and Marine Aircraft Group 14 to allow family members to get together and celebrate Halloween in a safe and fun environment. Eight teams composed of Marines and Sailors battled it out to take home the gold. The CFC gives federal employees an opportunity to make donations to over 20,000 non-profit organizations and charities. The drive is scheduled to end on Dec. 15, 2015.
