The Installation Personnel Administration Center opened the first "NCO Den" for its junior leaders at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, N.C., Feb. 12, 2015. The purpose of the den is to provide the NCOs with a meeting place to develop strategies, share ideas and propagate best practices to better guide the junior Marines of IPAC.
